Stock Receipt
Stock receipts are item receipt orders to a site-location. When you receive a stock item you are adding the item to a site-location. IntelliTrack Mobile accommodates stock receipts at the Receipt form. Use IntelliTrack Mobile to receive consumable items from a vendor by defining a stock receipt that includes the vendor's bill-to address and inventory details of the goods to receive.
Important: In order to perform a Stock Receipt in IntelliTrack Mobile, the logged-in user must have edit access to the Receipts feature
Receipt Order Settings
Orders Preference settings facilitate the stock receipt process. They are found at the User Preferences form; see "User Preferences" for more information.
- Default receipt quantity to: set an automatic receipt quantity for stock item receipt.
- Use rapid issue/receipt details form: use the rapid receipt feature to lock receipt values and continually receive items from the order.
How to Receive Stock
When you perform a receipt, you are receiving items into inventory. A stock receipt is performed from the Receipt form.
Header Tab
At the Header tab, enter the order number and vendor.
- From the Main form, tap the Orders option and then select the Receipt option.
- The Receipt form appears. It contains two tabs: the Header tab and the Details tab.
- Header Tab: Select to bring this tab to the front. Enter the header information in this tab.
- Order No. (Mobile RF): The order number must be unique. If auto-numbering is enabled, select the Browse button to generate the receipt order number. If auto-numbering is not enabled, enter the order number in this field.
- Order No. (Mobile Batch): The order number does not have to be unique.
- To add a new order, enter a new order number.
- To add an additional item or items to an existing stock receipt, enter the existing order number in this field.
- Vendor: Scan the vendor in this field, or select the Browse button to reach the Select Vendor form and select a vendor from this form.
UDF Tab
At the UDF tab, you have the option to add specialized order information in up to four UDF fields.
Details Tab
At the Details tab, add an item or items to the Receipt order.
- Details Tab: Select to bring this tab to the front. Enter the items to be received from this tab.
- Add icon: select to add an item to the order via the Receipt Details form.
- Cancel icon: once an item is added to the Details, select to cancel adding this item to the order.
- Select the Save icon to process the receipt.
- Select the Cancel icon to cancel the receipt.
Receipt Details
The Receipt Details form is reached from the Receipt form\Details tab. An item is added to the Receipt order at the Receipt Details form. IntelliTrack Mobile has two Receipt Details form options:
- The Rapid Receipt Details form: Items are consecutively added to the order. After adding an item, immediately add another one. At this form, you may also lock the location, item, quantity and unit of measure to further accelerate the stock receipt.
- The Receipt Details form: go back and forth between the Receipt Details tab and the Receipt Details form when adding an item to the issue.
